By visiting our website, TikTok Shop, Instagram page or placing an order on WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Fragrance Disclaimer:
All perfumes by RUH-SCENTS are our own creations, inspired by popular designer notes. We are not affiliated, associated or connected with any designer brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our fragrances are not exact copies, but inspired impressions made with premium oils.
3. Pricing & Payment:
* All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
* Prices start from Rs. 2299/- and may vary based on bottle size and collection.
* We reserve the right to change prices anytime without notice.
* Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa and Bank Transfer.
* COD orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp.
4. Orders & Order Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to wrong pricing, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled from your side. Please provide correct name, address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays due to wrong information.
5. Shipping & Free Delivery:
We offer FREE Delivery All Over Pakistan with terms provided in cart section. Standard delivery time is 2-4 working days. Remote areas may take 4-5 days. Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Once courier takes the parcel, we are not liable for courier delays, but we will help you track it.
6. Returns & Refunds:
We have a 7-Day Return Policy. Product must be returned in original condition, seal unbroken, bottle unused and box not damaged. Please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy. No return will be accepted if seal is broken or product is used/sprayed.
7. Product Use & Safety:**
Our perfumes are for external use only. Please do a patch test before full use. RUH-SCENTS is not liable for any allergic reaction, skin irritation or other issues. Keep away from eyes and keep out of reach of children. Store in cool, dry place.
8. Intellectual Property:
All content including logo, name RUH-SCENTS, product photos, videos, descriptions and packaging design is our property. You may not copy, steal or reuse it without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability:
RUH-SCENTS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the price you paid for the product.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
